Melissa Cutler Makeup Artist

Melissa Cutler is makeup artist working in the GTA. She has been trained at the Canadian Beauty College and graduated with honors from it’s Makeup Diploma program. Since then, she has been freelancing and also teaching makeup at the college. Melissa is available for collaboration with modeling professionals, fashion makeup as well as wedding makeup services.
