Modelisto is a wiki directory featuring modeling professionals. The goal is to offer promotion and work opportunities to the enlisted artists. This is done using publicly editable pages consisting of information and links that show a sample of the work and services offered. The editing is open in good faith of mutual help in correcting errors and improving the page's presentation.

The copyright of all photos appearing in Modelisto belongs to their respective owners. As a viewer you can see a work sample that will help you decide which professional to contact for a business association. Copying, storing or otherwise obtaining their photos is prohibited without their permission. Viewers interested in photos should contact the respective artists and ask to purchase prints. The displayed photos exist with the sole purpose of showing an adequate work sample so that interested parties can decide which professionals to contact.

Collective editing in good faith

All content in wikis, whether text, photos or links exist with the sole purpose of positively promoting the displayed professional and creating business opportunities for him. Modelisto prohibits content added or linked that is not done in terms of good faith and/or as a fair use of copyright. Such content is removed and is generally outside the scope of Modelisto. Any editing action in Modelisto, including wiki addition, wiki alteration, wiki removal, photo upload and photo linking may be performed only if it is in good faith and/or a fair use of copyrighted content aimed at positively promoting the work and services provided by the professional. Content deemed unnecessary or outside this category is removed. Moreover reproducing, copying or storing content from the Modelisto website (whether text, html or images) is prohibited under copyright law.

Wiki creation

Users are free to create wikis about modeling professionals as long as it is done in good faith and help in creating well formatted pages that are informative to clients interested in the services they provide, moreover:
each person or entity can have one (1) wiki registered or referring to his name the wiki name should correspond to the real name of the professional in first name / last name or in the case of an agency, the company’s name followed by the city of operation photos linked or uploaded to a wiki should be work of the professional / or work that the professional has participated in / or helped actively in organizing

Wiki alteration

Modelisto welcomes editing both from registered users as well as from anonymous that help maintain the quality and informational value of the pages. In the spirit of mutual help, users can:
correct spelling or syntax errors change inaccurate information or update with new convert descriptions talking in the "first person" to the "third person" add links to a work sample that clients will find interesting and contact the professional add the credits of the professionals that have participated in each photographic work

Wiki removal

Wikis that do not abide to the professional guidelines or are outside the scope of Modelisto are removed. The removal can be done publicly by clicking the "Edit Wiki" button then the "Remove" Option (publicly removes any page/photo). You can also send an email at info@modelisto.com requesting a particular page to be removed, however in this case there will be a delay compared to the previous instant method.

Family Friendly Content

Modelisto prohibits the appearance of content that might be considered non family-friendly. Such content should not be added or linked anywhere on Modelisto and is generally removed. As a user you agree to follow the Family Friendly Content Policy that is enforced in order to maintain the quality of the directory. The policy excludes among others the following:
nude, adult or fetish content sexually gratifying content provocative poses adult industry professionals, escort services and dating adult links to external sites

Legal Liability & Terms

It is in Modelisto’s best interest that the pages contain quality and accurate information that will create business opportunities for the displayed professionals, and it makes efforts in that direction, however Modelisto does not guarantee the validity of the information shown. Modelisto is not responsible nor will be held responsible for any content that might be invalid, misleading or otherwise offending in any way.

Disclaimer

In any case Modelisto is free of liability to you or to any other party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether Modelisto was advised of the possibility of such damage. In no event does Modelisto’s liability exceed fifteen Euros (EUR 15.00) in aggregate. In the case that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you, although Modelisto’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Modelisto reserves the right to permanently remove and/or ban wikis from appearing on the website without prior notice to the parties affected. Additionally Modelisto provides the means of direct and public removal of content for any offending page.

Content Removal

Modelisto provides the following ways of removing content that might be invalid or offending in any way:
1. Clicking the "Edit" button then the "Remove" Option (publicly removes any page/photo) 2. Sending an email at info@modelisto.com requesting a particular page to be removed

Modifications to the Terms of Use: Modelisto holds the right to change the terms of use accordingly without any notification to third parties.

Legal authority: For any legal jurisdiction the responsible authority are the Courts of Greece. The above terms and linked sections are valid and binding to you as a whole regardless if particular sections do not apply or are excluded in your case.
