Raafat Atia was born in 1983 in Cairo. He turned to photography as a means of expressing his creativity. Raafat is an editorial and portrait photographer, based in Zurich, Switzerland. His work focuses on capturing a moment in time, whether it's portraiture, lifestyle imagery, or just the perfect light. Always experimenting with new techniques, Raafat equally comfortable with analog and digital technologies, and uses both according to the needs of the project.
