Mostly Kids Modeling School
Adelaide › Kent Town 95 Rundle Street Mostly Kids Model Agency and Academy commenced operations February 1984. Over the years our Agency has been supplying talent to clients wanting to book children for TV commercial, parades, catalogues, stage productions etc. We work in conjunction with local, national, and international, clients such as Harris Scarfe, SA Film Corp, Lorimar (USA), Apple Advertising (Japan), Miki House (Japan), Ikea (Sweden), McDonalds, McCains, Maggi Noodles, Mitsubishi, Coles, Wattyl Paints, Arnott's, to mention but a few. As the world is getting smaller or so it seems due to the Internet, we are now constantly being asked to provide children for shoots and shows outside the state we started out in. For this reason we are happy to have available children from all over Australia on our files. What this means is, if a client is looking at booking children in Perth, they can select talent off our Western Australian selection of children, and we can then organise auditions, right through to the actual jobs in that particular state. THE ACADEMY (operating in SA only for now)Mostly Kids introduced to SA the first children’s-only model academy, offering training in the areas of confidence, co-ordination of movement, speech, social skills, skin care, nutrition, hygiene, dress-sense, beginners make-up classes, acting, drama, development of expression, voice management/projection. These skills we feel are all-important attributes needed for a successful adulthood. The aim of the Academy is to reach young children aged between 4-17 years, in the areas that would otherwise be missed, perhaps because of the family life style, or the lack of participation by schools in the subjects mentioned above. The parent’s role has changed, especially with both parents working, and the fact that many young children come from single parent homes. We don’t have the time to spend with our children, someone needs to teach these very important skills to them. This is the void Mostly Kids Academy fills. |
