Alex Pendlebury is a model, a qualified nutritionist as well as an accredited health coach. Alex is one of Melbourne's well known personalities working within the media. She has presented for Channel 7's sport coverage, Coxy's big break and appeared on the TODAY show. Alex was also the face of the Australian Moto Grand Prix, taking on the role of Ambassador for 2010. Under Chadwick Models Melbourne, Alex has been modelling for over 6 years. Her national campaigns include some of Australia's biggest companies such as Berlei, Target, Golden Circle, Elwood, Jockey, Osmosis, Leluu and many more. She has also been a house model for leading brands such as Bonds, Nike, Adidas, Everlast and New Balance. Being a model, she is extremely passionate and involved in beauty, fashion and style and loves to keep up to date with current trends and products.

Nutrition and Health Coaching

Alex's true passion however is Nutrition, which she has been studying since 2006. She offers fitness, nutrition advice as well as recipes you can try to improve your well-being. Alex studied at Deakin University obtaining a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition. To keep her nutritional knowledge current and relevant, further study is a constant part of her everyday life so she can give expert nutritional advice. To complement her degree, Alex is also a Health Coach, obtaining her accreditation through HCA. Alex has also completed the Nutrition for Sport and Exercise course through Sports Dieticians Australia (SDA). As a former gymnast, she has valued her health and fitness since she can remember, being passionately engaged in many sports and lifestyle activities including skiing, hiking, running, surfing, spinning, boxing, and group fitness.
