    Tracy Toler-Phillips is a photographer and retoucher based in New York City whose work has been published internationally. She has been a photography and digital imaging instructor at the Pratt Institute for the past 12 years. Tracy holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from Florida State University and an A.A.S. in Photography from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is available for photography projects.
