Founded in 1969, The Rock Agency is a modeling and talent agency based in Madison, Wisconsin. The Rock Agency has the distinction of being the oldest and most well respected agency in Madison. With over 500 clients, our reputation is rapidly growing. The Rock Agency represents fashion and commercial models and actors serving all media including: print, runway, TV commercials, industrial videos, voice-overs, fit modeling, showroom, promotional modeling, tradeshows, and feature films. We also represent singers, dancers, make-up and hair stylists. For over 30 years, we have scouted and developed models and talent, supporting them in the achievement of their goals and providing them with the opportunity to do what they love.

Raquel Repka, the owner and president of The Rock Agency, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison where she earned degrees in Marketing and Management. She modeled as a teenager and was inspired by the difference that it made in her life. She works to help people from the Madison area to experience the same opportunities.

Rock Models have worked in virtually every major fashion market throughout the world and Rock actors have appeared in film, television, and in long running off-Broadway shows.
