Washington › Seattle 325 2Nd Avenue West Leo Lam is a photographer with focuses in fashion and beauty. His photographs are romantic, humanistic and minimalistic. He was the co-founder of a medical software company. His fashion/beauty photographs can be seen on and offline in publications in Canada, USA, Europe, Hong Kong and China. His Bhutan photographs were exhibited by Tamron USA at the PMA 2007 and other galleries on the West Coast. He was a finalist in the first Iconique Fashion Photography Award, and a Fellow of the Black and White Spider Award for three years in a row. Leo attended the prestigious Loretto School in Musselburgh, Scotland and received his first degree in Electrical Engineering at Imperial College in London with Honour. He received his Master at University of Washington, also in Electrical Engineering. He went to the Foster School of Business for Entrepreneurship and is a PhD candidate and one of the highest-rated Lecturers at the UW. Besides engineering, he holds a certificate with Distinction in vocal performance at the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music, and has performed leading roles in numerous classical concerts, operas, operettas and musicals. He is involved with Soulumination, a charity that provides photography service to terminally ill children for free. He is a patron of the Seattle Opera, Seattle Symphony and the Seattle Art Museum. |
